Our mission is to forge the finest sci-fi, fantasy, and historical replicas—from Helldivers armor to Medieval helms and Lightsabers. These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and a successful campaign for all parties involved.
SECTION 1: MISSION PARAMETERS & DEFINITIONS

- “Armory” / “Store”
- The Galactic Armory Store website (galactic-armory.com) and its operational infrastructure.
- “Gear” / “Product”
- Any physical or digital item offered for deployment, including but not limited to: Helmets, Armor, Blasters, Busts, Figurines, 3D Files, Miniatures, and Soft Goods.
- “Deployment”
- The act of placing an order and completing a purchase transaction.
- “Commander” / “User”
- You, the individual or entity accessing the Armory and deploying gear.
- “Central Command”
- Galactic Armory Store, its operators, and authorized personnel.
- “Digital Blueprint”
- Any downloadable digital product, including 3D print files, digital designs, or instructions.
- “Custom-Made Item”
- Any product personalized, customized, or fabricated to your specific mission parameters.
SECTION 2: COMMANDER ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
👤 2.1 Eligibility to Serve
To deploy gear from our Armory, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration or checkout.
- Use the Armory only for lawful, non-commercial (personal) purposes unless otherwise authorized.
🔐 2.2 Account Security & Intelligence
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Promptly notifying Central Command of any unauthorized access or security breach at [email protected].
- Providing a valid email address for mission-critical communications.
Central Command reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate these terms.
SECTION 3: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & FORGE RIGHTS
⚠️ FORGE RIGHTS DECLARATION
All gear designs, blueprints, website content, logos, graphics, and “Galactic Armory” branding are the exclusive property of Galactic Armory Store or its licensors and are protected by interstellar (international) copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
⚙️ 3.1 Physical Gear License
Upon deployment, you receive ownership of the physical item only. All design rights, manufacturing techniques, and proprietary knowledge remain with Central Command. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or mass-produce our designs for commercial sale.
💾 3.2 Digital Blueprint License
Purchase of a 3D File or Digital Blueprint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:
- Download the file for personal use.
- Print a limited number of copies for personal display or cosplay.
You may NOT: Resell, redistribute, modify for commercial sale, or share the digital file.
🎭 3.3 Fan-Made & Cosplay Use
We encourage the use of our gear for personal cosplay, fan art, and non-commercial photography. However, any commercial use (paid photo shoots, film productions, commercial advertising) requires prior written authorization from Central Command. Credit to “Galactic Armory” is appreciated for public displays.
SECTION 4: GEAR DEPLOYMENT (ORDER & PAYMENT)
📦 4.1 Product Specifications & Intel
We strive for accuracy in all gear descriptions (specifications, dimensions, materials). However:
- Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, material batches, or forge processes.
- Minor imperfections may be present in hand-finished, artisan items—these attest to their crafted nature, not defects.
- Digital blueprint scale and print success depend on your 3D printer and settings; we provide guidelines but cannot guarantee individual results.
- Pre-order and custom item timelines are estimates subject to forge complexity.
💰 4.2 Pricing & Payment Protocols
All prices are listed in Galactic Credits (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices include standard forge costs but exclude shipping, taxes, and customs duties unless specified.
- You are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees levied by your home sector (country).
- We accept secure transmission via: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.
- Payment is debited at the moment of deployment (order confirmation).
- Central Command reserves the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. If an error is found, we will contact you for instructions or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
