Whether you want to print at home or receive a pre-crafted kit, we have options for every mission profile.
How do I access my digital (3D File) purchase?
Immediate deployment! Once your payment is confirmed, access to your digital files is granted automatically. You will receive a download link via email and can also access files from your account on our site. No waiting for processing—begin your build campaign right away.
Are your products ready-to-display or DIY kits?
We offer a spectrum. Physical Kits (Helmets, Armor, Blasters) typically require assembly, finishing, and painting—perfect for makers who love the build process. Busts, Figurines, and some Medieval pieces may come as display-ready collectibles. Always check the individual product description for details on assembly requirements.

Payment & Accounts

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Our payment gateway is secured to ensure your financial data is protected.
Can I create an account to track my orders?
Yes! Creating an account is recommended. It allows you to track your order’s journey, access your digital files anytime, and view your order history. It’s your personal mission log.
Is my payment information stored on your site?
No. We do not store raw payment information. All transactions are processed through our secure, PCI-compliant payment partners (PayPal and major card processors). Your financial data is handled with the highest security protocols.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two primary shipment paths:

1. Standard Expedition ($12.95 Flat Rate):
  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Transit: 10-15 days after dispatch.
  • Ideal for: Time-sensitive missions. Recommended for Helmets, Armor, Blasters, and MCC gear.
2. Free Galactic Freight (FREE on orders over $50):
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Transit: 15-25 days after dispatch.
  • Ideal for: Budget-conscious orders, Miniatures, Merch, and larger hauls.
All physical orders undergo a 1-2 day processing phase in our workshop before dispatch.
Do you ship worldwide?
Our shipping network spans the globe! However, due to complex hyperspace routes (logistical constraints), we are currently unable to deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. The checkout system will automatically alert you if your location is outside our service range.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to monitor your gear’s journey from our Colorado Springs workshop to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand by our gear. If something isn’t right, our recovery protocol is simple:
  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unassembled, and unused condition. For DIY Kits, all parts must be present.
  • Process: Contact our support crew at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll provide a return vector (address) and instructions.
Note: Digital products (3D Files) are non-refundable due to their nature.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack all items to withstand galactic travel, but accidents happen. If your gear arrives damaged, contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We will swiftly coordinate a replacement or repair mission.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with your request. To expedite the process, ensure the item meets the return condition criteria listed above.
