Forging Your Order: The Process
Every item in our armory, from a 3D print file to a physical helmet cast or blaster kit, begins its journey with your command. We understand the anticipation of building your next cosplay masterpiece or adding to your collection, which is why we’ve streamlined our process for efficiency.
Order Processing: Once your payment is confirmed via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal, our team of fellow builders springs into action. For digital products (3D Files), access is granted immediately. For physical items (Armor, Helmets, Blasters, Busts, Figurines, Soft Goods), our workshop enters a 1-2 day processing phase. During this time, we meticulously prepare, quality-check, and pack your gear for its voyage.
Choosing Your Shipment Path
As creators and collectors ourselves, we offer flexible shipping options to suit your mission parameters—whether you’re on a critical timeline or optimizing your budget.
Navigation Note: Our shipping network spans the globe! However, due to complex hyperspace routes (logistical constraints), we are currently unable to deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. The system will alert you during checkout if your location is outside our service range.
Mission Recovery & Returns
We build and source items to withstand the rigors of galactic travel. However, if a piece arrives not as ordered or damaged in transit, our recovery protocol is simple.
- Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unassembled, and unused condition. For DIY Kits, all parts must be present.
- Process: Contact our support crew at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll provide a return vector (address) and instructions.
